Information Governance & Privacy Architecture
01. Data Sovereignty
CP.Labs functions strictly as an independent technical evaluation repository. We do not maintain unverified user accounts or passively collect raw personally identifiable information (PII) through arbitrary site registration. Any data voluntarily submitted via diagnostic inquiry or Phase I Click-Wrap agreements is utilized exclusively for professional correspondence, infrastructure evaluation, and procurement verification.
02. Ecosystem Routing & Economic Objectivity
To maintain our operational objectivity and protect independent evidence-based evaluations, this site utilizes secure routing links. When advising on integrated SaaS migrations to mitigate technical debt, clicking outbound links to partner platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Skool, Coursera) may place a temporary session cookie in your browser to accurately attribute the referral. These routing mechanisms are governed by secure third-party networks. While CP.Labs utilizes these strategic partnerships to enable clients to achieve infrastructural sovereignty without inheriting the liabilities of custom development, we do not control the privacy practices of external platforms once you exit our jurisdiction.
03. Systems Analytics & Conversion Telemetry
We deploy systems telemetry to monitor node performance, Core Web Vitals, and diagnostic relevance. While general behavioral analytics are anonymized, the initiation of a Phase I Readiness Review triggers a secure Conversions API (CAPI) handshake. During this procurement gateway, provided intake data (such as an institutional email) is cryptographically hashed at the browser level before being transmitted to authorized advertising networks (e.g., Meta). This ensures secure session matching for infrastructure economics without exposing raw, unencrypted PII to third-party ledgers.
04. Regulatory Evaluation Boundary
CP.Labs provides clinical technical evaluations of digital infrastructure. We utilize the upcoming DOJ ADA Title II implementation windows (April 2027 for public entities 50,000+; April 2028 for sub-50,000) strictly as an environmental catalyst driving B2B technical risk assessments. Infrastructure hardening and remediation recommendations represent technical risk mitigation only and do not constitute a legal certification of regulatory conformance. CP.Labs does not engage in the unauthorized practice of law (UPL), and all formal Phase I and Phase II diagnostic engagements require the execution of a Pre-Diagnostic Service Agreement detailing explicit limitations of liability.
05. Data Rights & Modifications
While our data collection footprint is minimal by design, users retain the right to inquire about, update, or request the cryptographic deletion of any personal correspondence data held by CP.Labs, in strict accordance with global data protection standards, including GDPR Article 6(1)(f) parameters for B2B communications.
